Had my storage for 6 months and had no issues! The gate allows only access if you have a code. I always felt my items and belongings were always safe there be weeks I wouldn’t stop in to check on my stuff. I didn’t deal with any pests or mold issues, property is nice and clean. All my items are in perfect shape after I cleaned out my unit. Thank you to Alex for contacting me when my unit wasn’t locked correctly during their rounds. Great customer service

MyStorage on Nansemond is a great place to store. The property is well kept and clean. I love that I have 24 hour access to my stuff. The new managers, Alex and Kelly always greet me with a smile. I highly recommend storing with them!

This MyStorage location off Nansemond Parkway near I-664 is in a great location, and the service I received was excellent. It is not climate-controlled, but if you don't need that the units are clean, the roll-up doors are new, the grounds are immaculate, and the location is gated and camera protected. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. You can tell is it run by people who care about doing things the right way. Highly recommended. The day I rented here, I had already looked at another one off Airline that was poorly maintained, dirty, and cost more too. Go here instead - you won't be disappointed.

The front desk ladies greeted me as soon as I came in. Allowed me to go view the unit before purchasing and were already starting on the process while I road back there. They explained everything such as bills and when maintenance comes. I highly recommend!!

But they contacted me immediately when the spot became available. Fare pricing and facility was looking good in the process of being overhauled. Would highly recommend!
