I am particularly appreciative of how Kimberly accommodated my late request to use the on-site truck to move some of my belongings from Great Bridge to Suffolk. I half-expected to be told that I would have to schedule the use of the vehicle at another time, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a window of time in which my request could be honored. Kimberly has an engaging personality, a down-to-earth disposition, and an apparent willingness to provide first rate customer service, notes of praise, I hasten to add, she richly deserves. M.
