I feel welcome and friendly service each and every time I see Stephanie and others who are employed with MyStorage. I get great satisfaction with the service and promotions that get you into a great area space for storing my items. They’re very helpful and informative about letting me know what my grace period is in case I can’t meet the due date for payment before a late fee is incurred. There are many ways to meet payment requirements for my convenience and I get service each and every time with a smile. Also the rates don’t change frequently.

The paperwork was simple and streamlined and I received a free lock. Thank you my storage and thank you to the staff for making my day. Oh, and they love my dogs, so I’m a little biased.

The people at my storage on Warwick Blvd. are so friendly and professional. They get to know you and call you by your name when they see you. It means a lot when someone remembers your name when they have all those customers. The ladies are also very helpful and are very fun to talk to. I recommend if you need a storage space to go there if they have an opening.

I have the most fantastic experience today at my Storage Ford Boulevard in the Beechmont area. The staff that assisted me was incredibly informative. They took the time to go over the contract show me the facility show me the storage area. I was very pleased with the service that I received, and I wish more establishments Had professionals to represent them as well as the manager Stephanie and her assistant Sarah were today.
