I am renting this unit through my company and the staff is fantastic! Units are always being cleaned in the common areas. I have now decided to get my own unit for personal use. Jael Martin is so helpful anytime I need anything!

From the moment I met Kimberly, I knew my experience at MyStorage was going to be a good one. She is both personable and welcoming, the right combination to ensure stress-free customer satisfaction. I am particularly appreciative of how Kimberly accommodated my late request to use the on-site truck to move some of my belongings from Great Bridge to Suffolk. I half-expected to be told that I would have to schedule the use of the vehicle at another time, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a window of time in which my request could be honored. Kimberly has an engaging personality, a down-to-earth disposition, and an apparent willingness to provide first rate customer service, notes of praise, I hasten to add, she richly deserves. M.
