Using mystorage has been an amazing experience. The customer service was amazing and setting up the unit was flawless. The units are very clean and well maintained. Also, they are climate controlled so all of the belongings stayed in great shape. Karen was always very helpful and made our experience seamless. I definitely recommend mystorage.

This is hands down the best storage facility I’ve ever used! The facility itself is spotless, secure, and extremely well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff. From day one, they’ve gone above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. They’re kind, professional, and genuinely care about their customers — it feels more like dealing with family than just a business. Whether I had a question, needed help with my unit, or just stopped by, they were always welcoming and ready to assist. If you’re looking for a place where your belongings (and you) are truly valued, this is it. I can’t recommend it enough!

Kerry and Elise are just Amazing to work and speak with. They go above an beyond to help their customers and make you feel so comfortable with any interaction you have with them. I will usually stop by the office when I leave my storage units just to say hi, that is just how wonderful these two ladies are to interact with. Definitely have to give these ladies and location a 5 star review. The property is kept so clean and well maintained. Ease of access is great.

The Mechanicsville my storage center has always made me feel like an actual human being as opposed to just a nameless faceless customer. Not only do I get consistently good service, but the people working there are fantastic to interact with. They engage me professionally in matters such as the bill or inquiries relating to my storage unit, but also take time to actually talk and relate to me. I feel like I have friends there.

I highly recommend the Mechanicsville MyStorage. A man named Chris who works there is incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. With my unique situation, they were able to accommodate what kind of storage needs while I am in the process of moving to a new home. The place is always clean, the inside storage units are well air conditioned, and they have a large elevator and several carts for pushing around your belongings.

I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness, excellent lighting, and spacious doorways that facilitated easy movement of large items. The availability of elevators throughout the storage facility made accessing different floors effortless. . The temperature control was well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable environment. They provide a wide array of flatbeds and dollies, which are invaluable for moving furniture and mattresses safely. Overall, based on my experience, I would highly recommend this storage facility, despite not having information about pricing.

Jael Martin made our one-month lease not only bearable but a real, true pleasure. Debbie, my wife, cared for her father until he needed nursing care. He died under hospice care. Jael was available, appropriately engaging, and supportive of Debbie. The two shared similar experiences of caring for their fathers. Jael is extraordinary. Our experience with MyStorage was a pleasant surprise — much nicer than ever we would’ve expected.
