They don’t let YOU inform them, they lock you out and you can’t get what little you may have had to leave behind (loading space issue) without any way to recover it the same day. I literally had to go through this, leaving behind a box i needed for an hour. Couldn’t inform anyone in the office (there’s almost never anyone there) and no way to contact because you’re no longer a unit holder.
